SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - January 15, 2008) - VistaCare, Inc. (NASDAQ: VSTA) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Dallas, Texas-based Odyssey HealthCare, Inc. (NASDAQ: ODSY) for $8.60 per share in cash.
