All Things Considered, March 21, 2008 · Iran is now earning $250 million a day from oil and gas exports, which has been a windfall for the Ahmadinejad government. At the same time it has been extremely aggressive in diversifying its customers and attracting foreign investment, despite U.S. opposition.
